I accept payment through PayPal by way of credit, debit, or eCheck. Payment by any other means must be arranged with me prior to ordering.
For buyers who wish to pay with a credit card without a PayPal account: At checkout click on the PayPal icon and you will be redirected to PayPal, click the “I do not have a PayPal account” and follow the instructions (you will not be required to create an account to complete a purchase).
FINISHED ITEMS: I ship via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation & a tracking number. If you require a different mail carrier or service, please let me know before placing your order. I will only ship to your Pay Pal address. Custom orders could take anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks to ship depending on orders. Please contact me to find out current ship times. I cannot guarantee postal service delivery times once your item is shipped. Due to the nature of this website, I've incorporated shipping costs into the price of the items. There is no option to add shipping prices separately.
All of my finished item listings are for custom made beanies, headbands, and discs (unless otherwise stated). I like this because it gives you control over exactly what your item will be. But that means that I might have to order supplies (I live in a tiny town with no craft store) which affects shipping times. Always ask first if you're under a time constraint.
PATTERNS: Upon clearance of payment from PayPal, pattern will be sent within 24 hours via email to the email address on the PayPal account in PDF format. I will not ship patterns to more than one email address. Please ensure you have a PDF reader before purchasing this pattern; free versions of PDF readers are available online. If you haven't received your pattern within 24 hours of ordering, please check your Spam folder and let me know. I'm happy to resend patterns to the original email address.
Returns & Refunds
FINISHED ITEMS: Requests for refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so please ask any questions about customization, sizing, and colors before placing your order. I'm happy to work with you so you never have to worry about returns. Any requests for refunds or returns must be received within 3 business days of the package delivery date. If we cannot resolve the problem, a refund may be given after the item has been returned to me in its original condition. I am not responsible for return postage, nor can I refund my original shipping cost.
PATTERNS: Due to the electronic nature of my patterns, I cannot offer refunds.

I don't smoke, but I do have pets. A dog and a cat to be exact. I keep my supplies and hats away from pet areas and I take every effort to keep pet hair off them, but a stray hair may wander too close. If you have allergies, I recommend washing the hat before you wear it.
